Overfall Brook, near Forteau
|
|
There's a number of hiking trails here and there along the north shore in
Labrador.
One of them is near Forteau (west of Blanc Sablon) where there is a trail
along the coast to a waterfall on Overfall Brook.

Crowberries are another of the many berries that
Newfoundlanders and Labrador residents alike harvest from the bush.
Crowberries make excellent jam. |

Time for some quiet contemplation by the sea.

The falls of Overfall Brook. |

There's a steep trail to the top of the falls where you can cross the
brook.
It looks as though it's not for the faint-hearted, but it's really
not as bad as it looks!
